Day 1 again.........I'm starving!

It has been less than 24 hours and already I am ready to cave. These first days are brutal. Any help from you guys would be appreciated. Oh, and a question for anyone, after the first 7-10 days it is recommended that I eat light for a week, should I end the fasting week with a Liver Flush and then another flush at the end of 21 days, or should I just wait until the end to do the liver flush??
