not trying to be an a-hole, but starving is what we see on tv. what's amazing is the longer u go, the more u realize how we eat waaaay too much. but that's not gonna help now, huh? read a book. take a walk. the first three days ARE the hardest. it gets easier. the benefits outweigh the negatives. i cld've lifted all those from previous posts, but guess what, They're all TRUE! food is fun. food is good. food is comforting. food brings people together. food will still be there when you re-introduce your cleaner self to all the healthy food u can find 10 days from now! (10 days for max. benefits, more than that? rock on! i'm going for 40!)
