I am glad that is working for you. I tried some system (not the ones that you recommended) but they just made my teeth sensitive to hot and cold. :{

Maybe they've improved.

I would love brighter teeth, but my dentist told me that my teeth are pretty white already unless I want to do veneers.

Just curious, what were your teeth like when you started? Do you drink coffee or smoke?
