I use the bright smile system

and I confess, I did the system through my dentist for about 300 bucks -- BUT, it works fabulously. Now I use the Bright Smile maintenance kit -- where you brush with the toothpaste, and use the brush on gel every couple of days. My teeth are at least 10 shades whiter (and have been since October).

But what also works -- and is inexpensive and convenient is the Colgate Simply White Night Whitening System. Brush it on at night and you will see results in 7 days :) I am going to use this as my maintenance system from now on, since the Bright Smile is about $80.00 for basically the same thing.
