I now have three teeth that are killing me that were fine before the MC.
The acid from the lemon have stripped the emanual from my teeth.
Please be careful.

I am done with my 10 days, but plan on rebuilding my emanual and teeth now.

This is a reply to # 392,248I'm on day 10 and haven't noticed anything teeth wise. I'm also doing a bright white smile treatment (morning and night) so that may be helpful. I brush it on like paint after brushing and flossing.

What kind of teeth brightening are you using? Is it something you got from your dentist or at a store? I really want to brighten and whiten mine but scared to try anything OTC in fear it won't work and I wasted my money.

This is a reply to # 392,271and I confess, I did the system through my dentist for about 300 bucks -- BUT, it works fabulously. Now I use the Bright Smile maintenance kit -- where you brush with the toothpaste, and use the brush on gel every couple of days. My teeth are at least 10 shades whiter (and have been since October).
But what also works -- and is inexpensive and convenient is the Colgate Simply White Night Whitening System. Brush it on at night and you will see results in 7 days :) I am going to use this as my maintenance system from now on, since the Bright Smile is about $80.00 for basically the same thing.

Maybe they've improved.
I would love brighter teeth, but my dentist told me that my teeth are pretty white already unless I want to do veneers.
Just curious, what were your teeth like when you started? Do you drink coffee or smoke?- Nope - I don't drink or smoke mgardner

WOW, I've been doing this cleanse for 20 years now and I've never heard of that. I always use a straw because it helps me drink it better. Maybe that's why I never had problems.
The acid in lemon becomes alkalin when you drink it so I'm not sure that would be the reason for that.

This is a reply to # 392,255When my first started hurting while brushing last week around day 4/5 of my MC, I did a search on CureZone for teeth and master cleanse.
I have found several postings in the past, but none recently about people concern about thier teeth.
Yes, lemon becomes alkaline, but I believe that happens after/during the digestive process, in your mouth it is probably still acidic.
I am just guessing though.
Regardless, I now have three teeth that were fine 13 days ago.
I believe in the MC.
I just plan on doing a lot of rinsing with water after each drink.
