I blew it on day 4 at a baseball game (do you know how much food there is at a baseball game) :) I had a bit of chicken ceasar salad and a glass of wine. You know what? I'm over it - done deal, fini. I treated day five as day five and now I'm on day 8 and planning a 15 dayer. This morning I got on the scale and am at 205 from 217 (now if that isn't a motivator I don't know what is).
Keep on keeping on is what I say. And remember, it's the nature of the beast to want to go back into old habits -- it's during this time that you want to try to break them. For me it's drinking wine every night and eating junk food. I know I can do it!
So pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and keep on going. Don't start "over" -- that's less motivating in my eyes. But the biggest thing - don't fret about it...what's done is done. Today is a new day :)
