Here's the deal chickie - and I'm sorry if I'm going too long! I went 10 long days - but that started with 4 false starts (the longest going 2 days). But I did the 10 days! Now I'm on my second start of a 10 day fast - each lasting only 5 days! All in total I've lost 28 pounds! I was originally doing this to lose the weight - but I've noticed such a difference with my body! First of all, my face has never looked more sexy. No zits (excuse my frankness). I'm 29 and I've never felt this beautiful! I've always had redness around my cheeks - all gone. My biggest fear is that when I finish fasting I will go back to my old ways (I mean hell I have 2 kids and a husband and we don't eat healthy) I'm afraid I will gain the weight back and loose this glow I have. Honestly, I've never felt more sexy - even at 165 pounds! My question to all out there is, what if I do the 5 day fast, eat a day or so and fast again. I can do that forever, but how healthy is that???? Do I'm off topic, but I say to you, don't kick yourself in the ass for giving in - it happens to all of us - especially with the pressures of today! There is always tomorrow. I'm sorry I've gone on a rant and rave! Apologizes for all those reading! It's just nice to give this out to those doing this fast! I love the fast - but I hate the fast!
