Paragon and the MC

I'm on day 6 and want to go to day 10 -- the goal is 15. I'd like to incorporate a parasite cleanse into this as well. After much reading, it looks like I'll start adding Paragon to the process. Has anyone done this before.

The only thing I couldn't find is how often and how do you take it. It looks like a good program that would work with this cleanse.
