From what I undertsand they are just normal, only if you later on should need dentures they may have to be shaved for a proper fitting. Otherwise, they may be hereditary (my son and his dad have them) and my other son is our dental professional. Coincidentally, we were just talking about this over the weekend, the only reason I'd have a comment on this...

Well anyhow, that's the comment from this side of the peanut gallery...
