I, too, am mega toxic and although I had some pretty dreadful withdrawals over the first 3 days the thing I'm so pleased about now is that I'm not actually craving in the way that I used to. I don't really need to lose weight but as a habit-breaker, I would say this is really good.
The pity is that you did six whole days - three of them with discomfort and you didn't post on this board to ask for help(if you did - sorry, i didn't see them). There's plenty of suggestions and a lot of people out there with different experiences/ reasons for doing the fast. Maybe it's just not for you - maybe there were things you could have adjusted to help you. Seems a bit late to cry deceit now....
Whatever you want to achieve, keep trying and I wish you luck but perhaps you should communicate a little earlier next time? Or, if you don't trust this, try something else. There's more than one way to skin a cat.
