Re: Tooth Implants

The problem is that it is the bridge that has caused me to have root canal treatment in the first place. After having a tooth removed 6 years ago I was foolishly persuaded by a dentist to have a bridge fittest to replace that tooth. I had a healthy tooth grinded to hold the bridge and it became infected recently. The dentist (different)said to try the root canal and gave It a 50% chance, if it fails the tooth has to be removed. I don't think I would have another tooth grinded down and than have the same thing happen again.
There seem to be no good option? Its either root canal, bridges, implants or no teeth?
