Maybe "IF" you could learn to read info within the context which it is applied, just maybe this would help you see some of the gray areas?

For you see, not everything is as it may first seem to be at first glance!

Let me correct the way you have worded your quote!

"IF" you say that Fats and Oils are of the Carbohydrate group, then this may fit a little better into your way of thinking, is it possible?

For in my use of the words, I do not use Politically Correct terminology as you may choose to use, just because not everything may be as it may first seem to be!

And in this case the Fats, Oils and Carbohydrates, while they are all "different" in there own rights, which "IF" you would have taken the time out to review all of my posts, I have said so , as such, "BUT" also they all are the same in the relationship of how the body Digests them and may choose to use them!

You see, it is not what names which you may want to call things "different" by, which matters, "BUT" what reactions take place in the Digestive system and the rest of the body , which is "IMPORTANT"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you become a Politically Correct person, then you loose site of the "TRUE" things in Life and then you are unable to solve problems!

You see, I am a problem solver, "NOT" a "politically correct" person!
