The chemistry has been supplied to you, nice diagrams that you could follow have been provided and links to more extensive explanations given.

I've explained what these little experiments of yours really mean and how they don't apply to what we are talking about. I've even included the chemical equations.

Prove us you are right. Prove that Carbohydrates are Fats?!!???\
BTW Fiber is part of the carbohydrate group. Simly put, they are just carbs that we don't have the enzymes to digest.
