So far, the main supplements I'm taking for alkalizing are as listed:
BSM+Lemon 2x a day
Alkalizing Green drink 2x a day
I just ordered some kelp that Moreless recommended and I will be adding that to the BSM+lemon drink.
Would these supplements alone be okay for the alkalizing regimen? And I would just modify them by increasing the dosage depending on my state?
Is pickling lime and Espon Salt necesary? I'm worried if I introduce these two that I'll upset the balance of minerals. Where do I get sources of sodium in this supplement regimen? Thanks a bunch guys. Sorry for all the questions, I just wanna get this right is all.
