You need to understand that not everyone will take all of the things which I may suggest!
So, what I try to do is to get people to understand that if they do something like want to take some form of calcium, that they should take something which may create an acid reaction with it so as to get the best results from both ingredients!
So if they just want to take some calcium, then they should either take it with some
Epsom Salts or with the Lemon juice drink or some Apple cider vinegar!
But the calcium needs to be taken some of the time with the
Epsom Salt in the diet so as to provide the magnesium into the diet!
It is all related to balancing the Acids and the Alkaline Minerals so as to provide the Electrical Energy Release which is needed to power the body !
I do suggest taking the
Epsom Salt with each meal so as to help the body to get the most out of the food which you eat, and you may then take some extra calcium if you choose also!
