A Couple More questions about Alkalizing

When it comes to parasites, will being alkaline eliminate ALL parasites? I know parasites can't survive in an alkaline environment but can't some adapt?

Also, Moreless mentions taking a pinch of Espon Salt with every meal. Why is this? I think I read somewhere (and they use alka seltzer) that you balance out the potassium with the sodium in the espon salt. Could you use Unrefined Sea Salt instead?
