Only Ascorbic Acid crystals is real Vit C, there are a few places on line selling it for about $10 a pound.
One would mix it with baking soda.

I also found Swiss Herbal has a bottle of the crystals, about 250mg for about $10, and a few of the stores carry that here, without needing to order it online.

I am presently waiting to order bulk of the best live source, hopefully after Christmas, this place makes it for someone I know but only sells in bulk, and I have to buy it through him.
And were getting the same place to make a special type of baking soda type stuff, with trace minerals.
