The PH miracle is an example of nearly finding the answer by looking in the wrong place. The fact is that we do need to be careful about our PH levels but the best way to do that is not to over-analyze individual foods and their acid/alkalinity ratings. This is a difficult thing to do anyway because a foods PH does not actually have much to do with is PH impact on the body... lime is acidic yet in the PH Miracle you are to use a drop of lime to alkalise water?
The real answer is to look at our history and figure out what has worked for thousands (millions) of years and then do your best to duplicate that lifestyle. The two best sources for information about that are the BEYONDVEG website, the Paleo Diet and The Human Diet (which I have linked below.)
