Hi! so sorry for the confusion. :) It's okay to do both fungal defense and fiber, it's not okay to do both fungal defense and probiotic supplementation. It's most important to cleanse the bowels, that is paramount, and should happen all through your anti-candida protocol. The anti-fungals have too much to do if your bowels are not clean of impacted fecal matter and partially digested foods and won't work as well. Think of a trashcan. If it's full of dreck, you wouldn't spray it with pesticides to get rid of the flies, you'd clean it, right? Same thing with candida. Clease first and foremost. The anti-fungals are just a little extra oomph to get you on the road to recovery fast. After taking fungal defense for a couple weeks, take a break and switch to Kefir and Primal Defense for a couple weeks, then switch back, keep rotating until candida is under control.
