Re: Candida Notes - First draft, please comment! :)
yeasts are very very good at hiding. When attacked, which is what Threelac does, they get very virulent. Everything in nature wants to survive and fights for the right to live, yeasts are no different. When they fight back, they sprout branches called Rhyzomes and when this happens, they can punch thruogh your gut, causing leaky gut, and lots of increased symptoms and trouble.
naturally threelac is going to say buy me for 3-6 months! lordy. But you'll just be poorer and sicker.
So if you want to attack yeast, don't do it for long periods of time. You can do on/off/on/off type attacks, but two weeks max. Some practioners alternate every 3 days, with a 2 days on, 1 day off, kind of schedule.
The rest of the time you're better off replacing the good microbes such as acidophilus or the ones in Primal Defense. They compete for living space with the yeast and make it harder for yeast to survive.
