The Master Cleanse uses the Salt Water Flush, which is a very specific method to cleanse the entire digestive system and must be done with the right amount of salt to actually stay in the digestive system, and must be done on an empty stomach.

If you do it right you'll know in 10 minutes - you'll get butt pee. If you did it wrong, you'll just absorb the water and get waterlogged, straining the kidneys, and taking water out of the colon, which constipates, and it will stop all digestion too.

Watering down the stomach and small intestine and then taking oil makes it impossible for the bile to emulsify the oil so the enzymes can digest it. You end up with oiled instestines, which wreacks havoc.

the SWF (Salt-Water-Flush) is recommended AFTER a flush, the next morning, to get out all stones and toxins, and only then if you do not have an enema/colonic done.
