Candida and liver cleanse -- didn't work. Why?

I have widespread candida (systemic) and did the liver cleanse last night & this morning as recommended by this website for candida.

However, the liver cleanse didn't work, i.e., didn't cause a "cleansing." Instead, it just constipated me. (I posted about this in more detail in the liver cleanse column but got no response, so thought I'd try it here).

Anyway, I feel the big glob of olive oil and all the salt are just sitting in my stomach and haven't moved. What should I do now? Should I do an enema? Why didn't this work?

I feel the concentrated salt water dehydrated me, and "dried up" my digestive system. And all that oil, good heavens, I feel like I just put a huge vat of fat in my system -- and didn't even get the pleasure of enjoying it in food!

So instead of feeling better, I feel sluggish and awful. What do I do now to get this salt and pile of oil crap out of me? And why didn't it work? Tweet
