I did an enema and feel better -- even got a couple of marble-sized green "stones" and around a dozen teensy ones.

I won't do the salt next time.

But, just wondering, since the "master cleanse" formula uses Sea Salt for the morning salt water cleanse, which is supposed to help move the bowels, then why wouldn't Sea Salt work the same way for the liver cleanse? Tweet
