Abdominal fat is liver and estrogen, and it always comes down to the liver. The liver the liver the liver! LOL! :)
Cellulite is due to really bad foods, especially deep fried, and caffeine. It too, is all about the liver!!!! It can and will go away, you just have to keep up wtih the things that are good for the liver and circulation: cayenne pepper (cleansing drink); lecithin; flax seed oil; plenty of fresh squeezed veggie juices, especially the Cleansing Cocktail; liver supporting herbs. :)
Altho I tend to rail against high-protien diets, a two-week stint of more protein than usual (2 protein shakes a day) while otherwise cleansing and watching the diet can help the body throw off excess fluid and fats, but just do it for two weeks then go back to a normal low-calorie diet. After a month or so you can do another 2-week protein power. But wait until most of your other symptoms are gone and the cellulite is the only symptom left before you do this method, as it is quite acidic and will delay the resolution of your other symptoms.
