you can say that again! this is also what shelly told me. when i did the Liver Flush a week ago i took extra Epsom Salt and took a colon cleanser the next day.had dirrhea for 2 days. i was so busy trying to rid the stones out of my body. i know bad move plus i didn't drink enough water for at least 2 days after since there no water at my job. despite this i did a colonic yesterday and the headache was worse. I've been drinking lots of water and will see what happens. Tweet
