Shelley I am taking a green powdered drink called green barley 4 by Honeycombs Industries. It was recommended by my Iridologist/Nutritionist. It contains organic barley, wheat, parsley and alfalfa. So should I be taking something else like just plain chlorophyll? What would you recommend? I surely don't want to take something that will cause more fog:(
