Brain fog will happen any time your body is adjusting to something or sloughing off toxins and acids. It's a pain, I know, but if you're cleansing it can be a GOOD sign, unlike when you're NOT cleansing.
Take a 3-day break from the probiotics and green drinks but keep colon cleansing and lymph cleansing and see what happens. Don't cheat on your diet during these 3 days at ALL. NO wheat, phony foods, etc. Let me know what happens with the brain fog.
Frequent urination can be due to many things. You may be getting too much potassium (apple cider vinegar), taking something that is acting like a diuretic (incl. green drinks depending on what the green is).
You could have a slight infection in your urinary tract; a bottle of cranberry juice would clear that right up. Your bladder could be slightly inflamed, so that it can't retain as much water as normal.
Is it at all painful to urinate? What color is the urine? Is there a cast of pink or green to it? Any foam? dark? Smell sweet? Check the first urine of the morning, this is the most telling.
