Hi Sleepygal,
I'm not Shelley but I know what you mean about brain fog.I finally went to my Dr. and got my thyroid checked and I came back Hypo, hence the fog.Taking my meds got rid of the fog within 3-4 days.It's something to think about anyway.
Hope you feel better soon.
