Re: Ridged fingernails

Usually what doctors call "just getting older" is usually a case of liver congestion and toxic buildup and improper PH balance. The natural results of the standard american diet.

I accept aging only to a certain extent - I accept that my cells can only reproduce a certain number of times and that skin loses much of its elaticity, but beyond that, I consider "aging" to be a degenerative disease. I'm 41 now and beyond some scarring from bad Acne when I forgot to keep up my liver maintenence, the kidney damage and some skin showing the effects of gravity and lack of elasticity, I feel and pretty much look the same as when I was 30. So phew to pre-mature aging! ;)

If you don't have any other symptoms (think hard, sometimes we accept symptoms as normal and stop thinking of them as symptoms), then don't worry too much about the ridged nails. Do some maintenence - The Master Cleanser + p&B shakes is fantastic, consider some liver and lymph cleansing too, and a month or two of a very limited, pure diet. And always follow the guidelines in the Increasing Digestive Power notes, and take digestive enzymes with your main meals. Just do that much and you should be fine! :)
