Acne when I forgot to keep up my liver maintenence, the kidney damage and some skin showing the effects of gravity and lack of elasticity, I feel and pretty much look the same as when I was 30. So phew to pre-mature aging! ;)
If you don't have any other symptoms (think hard, sometimes we accept symptoms as normal and stop thinking of them as symptoms), then don't worry too much about the ridged nails. Do some maintenence -
