Vertical ridges mean poor absorbtion, especially in the small intestine. They're tough to get rid of, I still have them a bit, nothing unsightly and easily buffed away, but still! :) What's more worrysome healthwise are the horizontal ridges.

So follow the guidelines in Increasing Digestive Power and be sure to take digestive enzymes at least with your main meal. Avoid snacking, and until they ease up, eat mostly cooked foods rather than raw. If you want raw for the enzymes, try to have your raw as juice or blended veggies.

Be sure to follow good food combining, that has a lot to do with it. That means, basically, fruit alone, starchy veggies alone or with greens, dairy alone, and only 4 kinds of veggies in one meal.
