White greasy tongue means very poor digestion, such that your intestines are covered with toxins from only partially digested foods. Basically, it's the same placque that clogs the arteries. Some of it makes it into the bloodstream along with the cholesteral etc., and wham, bypass surgery! :( Or arthritis.
