Do you mean the underside of the tongue, or way back where the throat starts? These are normal, no problem. :) It's when they're on the front of the top of the tongue that's cause for concern. Tongue diagnoses deals with the part of the tongue that is at the tip and only back a short distance, not the bumpy throat part. Tweet
