Re: enemas while with candida
taking anti-fungals and
Antibiotics (pau d'arco etc.) while taking probiotics is not great because the
Antibiotics don't care what they attack, so all the probiotics you're taking will just get killed off right away from the anti-fungals, as they haven't had a chance to build a resistance.
Your original yeasties will have built up a resistance by now.
So stop all anti-fungals, they only work for about the first 2-4 weeks, especially if you OD on them. Grapefruit seed oil in small doses is the only I know of that works for longer, but again, only if you take small doses like under 2,000 mg.
You really don't need to take that many different kinds of probiotics and could be causing all kinds of wars in your colonies of micribes as they adjust to the newbies. That wouldn't help your energy or allergies at ALL.
So back off all of that and concentrate on getting clean clean clean, see how you feel and go back on two of the probiotics if necessary. And learn about how to eat so that everything gets digested and no longer feeds the yeasties. That means frequent bowel movements, small meals, high stomach acid thanks to not drinking water with meals, and taking in some lemon juice and/or apple cider vinegar.
