Ah! excellent. Okay. Yes, definitely do the anti-fungals for 2-4 weeks. :) Be sure to research and find out the proper doses, dosing is of vital importance for efficacy. If you have pau d'arco tea, you can drink up to 8 cups a day.
After the 2-4 weeks are up, then take the probiotics. (take saliva test - if the test shows reduced candida activity, time to switch)
Definitely do the enemas consistently, I know of no other way to keep feeling good while dealing with candida. :) Just do water/salt cleansing enemas for now, with the occasional retention enema of apple cider vinegar.
DO try to eat right for complete digestion, this will aid constipation as well.
Here are my notes for how to keep the bowels moving while taking P&B shakes, which I also heartily recommend. Have you read up on those? Check out the cleanses, the bowel cleansing info here on CureZone is all about P&B sheakes. Reading Dr.
Bernard Jensen 's book and following his advice really got me back to vital health fast. Most candida people have leaky gut so bowel management is of utmost importance not just for candida imbalance but the attending allergies and brainfog too. That means very frequent enemas (every-other day), fiber,
Bentonite clay,
colonics if you can afford them, and taking natural laxatives to keep the bowels moving.
Flax seed oil would be great to take 3x a day (see notes) to induce BM's. Do whatever else seems right to YOU. Trust your instincts! :)
