It's best to do a series of cleasing enemas before doing any other kind of enema. doing both kind of defeats the purpose of retention enemas, unless you do coffee or apple cider vinegar, both of which are very liquid anyway.

What kind of probiotic do you have? If it's a live mixture of acidophilus or even just acidophilus, you dno't need to implant kefir or yoghurt. Just drink/eat them. :) And really, you should wait until you've been on the anti-candida diet for at least 3 months.

when healing, cleansing comes first and foremost. Rebuilding/repopulating is next.
