Re: How can I get rid of goiter?

I have just been diagnosed with goiter (multinodular goiter) on both sides of my thyroid. Soy milk is bad? What exactly is a goitrogen? I have been drinking more and more soymilk and want to eventually eliminate dairy foods from my diet. Do you know if other foods can affect nodules? Tweet
