Okay I lied I am really 4'11 3/4 but I usually round it up because a quarter of an inch is so puny!! Thanks for the ideas! I can add it to my morning shake very easily. With my bowels going wonky on me at times it seems to affect my stomach where I will be starving-ravenous-or I will be nauseated and unable to eat. Adding healthy oils hopefully will help, prilosec helps but I do not want to take that everyday of my life. I want my gastrointestinal tract to be normal or as close as possible without drugs. Trying hard to clean up the diet, veggies do me in big time so it's quite hard to eat "healthy" Anyways- Here's hoping!!
