some body types are meant to be thin and find it hard to gain weight. Try eating your whole grains as cereal rather than bread, and try this protein energy shake:
6 oz vanilla rice milk
2 eggs - cage free/organic
1 tbls lecithin
1 tsp cinamon or to taste
vanilla extract to taste (optional)
Put in a shaker cup and shake away, drink. Good as an extra meal or meal replacement.
Take enzymes to help digest all this.
Also, a great tonic/weigh gain:
Soak 1/4 cup of raw blanched almonds in milk or rice milk or water over night. Blend and drink hot or cold. IF real milk, hot/simmered is better.
