Garcia - just a couple more questions if I may! If I do take anything antifungal I get die-off. Is this a good enough indication of candida do you think (rather than the expensive stool test which doesnt always seem accurate). Also Shelley recommended me Chinese Bitters and Coptis. I am taking Livertone Plus at the moment - have you tried the bitters and would I be better switching? Many Thanks
