I don't know if there is an EFT forum at curezone or not there should be. My friend who uses eft a lot is also a hypnotherapist. She has found a way to use both with here clients. She taught me how to do the shorter version and she goes to a lot of seminars about eft. Hypnotherapists use it a lot, even though they are totally different.

I have used EFT for lots of things but sometimes it just does not work for me, my friend says that sometimes you have to just keep on tapping!. She even helped one of her clients with Alzheimers help remember her husband, seriously it worked too!
