She said I needed four more treatments for progesterone, then sent me home with progesterone cream. I was not pregnant and she says I need this progesterone to hold a pregnancy. The treatment did seem to help with the irritability of PMS, but not any other symptoms. I am trying to learn muscle testing on myself before I use the cream, because I am scared!

I had managed to use EFT to clear Iron on my own! I tested fine on Iron mix. I am really jazzed about that and will keep on trying it. I just remembered holding the Iron mix tube in my hand and worked on EFT with that memory in my mind. I used several different setup/reminder phrases abotu 5 times and twice for good measure, massaged the gate points. I really did not know if it would work and did not know what I was doing, so there wasn't a clear set "method" each time.

The doc gave me a treatment for BBF (brain body balance, or something like that.) It is always done before the basic ten.

Next up is egg mix. I remember being traumatized and not eating eggs at all after my mom cracked one open and blood came out, so will work on that memory and any other bad feather, egg, chicken memories I can think of (Papaw had a farm) After I clear the memories I will work on egg mix. Let's hope I can do that one by myself too! Don't know if anyone is out there anymore. HELLO??
