Hey carmen good for you learning EFT, very effective for so many things.I have used it myself. I am an acupuncturist and herbalist, I have several friends and colleagues who have used and learned the NAET proticol. It has worked miracles for lots of people with severe allergies. I plan on learning it eventually and using it in my practice. A very good friend of mine is an expert on EFT, she uses it on her clients on everything from weight loss to fears and phobias.
