Pressure Cooker & Ohsawa Pot Question-Advice Needed

Hello All,

My husband and I are on a new journey to better health with changing the way we eat. I have been spending overtime researching pressure cookers and am ready for some good advice before I make the final decision on a pressure cooker to start with.

If anyone has any advice or points, tips or links to share regarding pressure cookers it is greatly appreciated. Also, any links regarding cleaning & care of pressure cookers or basics of using a pressure cooker, that too is appreciated.

We live in the "Mile High" city area and in need of something that will be good for 2 - 4 persons in high altitude environment.

**Which pressure cooker will work best with the Ohsawa Pot and is there a better solution or different option than the Ohsawa Pot specifically?

In your opinion, is it worth getting the Ohsawa Pot for the pressure cooker?
