Re: Surviving PTSD

Dear Kate

I experienced ptsd a few years ago after a head on collision in a car crash.

For two and a half years I had counselling and grug therapy (prozac etc)

Then I was introduced to EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)

I saw a therapist who gave me a one hour session and then I went home and worked for a further two hours on my issues and I was done.

The therapy itself involves tapping on the major accupuncture points (14 in total) and saying affirmations to suit the cause.

No drugs are involved and it can be done by yourself. In cases of life issues eg child abuse etc or trauma's occurring over a period of years it may be better to see a trained therapist who maybe is also a trained counsellor in order to discover the issues to work with.

You can get all the information you need and also a free instruction manual from this website.

www.emofree.com

I got my life back thanks to this simple therapy. The relief I had from not wanting to kill myself anymore was awesome.

Blessings to you Kate and all who have ptsd.

there is hope.
