Hello..
I am 20 years old and am struggling with PTSD due to abuse from my family as a child. I have been having flashbacks, nightmares, and extreme dissociation. So far I have tried many things to keep myself from my negitive patterns of self harm, and bing/ purge stuff.. but it's not easy. One day at a time right? If anyone out there has any suggestions it would be wonderful.
I've been seeing a therapist, and just need a little bit more to get me through the rest of the week I guess.
