Wow, thanks for all the info! I do need to change toothpaste and I was using an electric brush for a little while (just the cheap $5 one at Wal-mart) but I don't think it is much better. I did see one on t.v. and it might be the one you have, that uses sonic waves or something. I think it's around $80. I am in the process of changing my lifestyle but could really use some discipline when it comes to eating. I don't eat "bad" as far as most people consider it, but I definitely need to make some changes. Thanks again for your help.

p.s. I have 2 metal fillings.....I heard hydrogen peroxide will cause the metal to break down and release. Do you have metal fillings?
