What a good post! I'm glad you have done so well with your teeth!
I too suffer from gum recession, and it puzzles me as why..my gums are also sensitive...but don't bleed anymore (yippee)
I have had to have a gum graft (in my mid teens, quite a few years ago) and haven't had anything dramatic done like that since, but the gum graft has almost worn away...what a waste of money. So far, nothing is overly sensitive, but it is noticable that the gum is wearing away...
I use non-flouridated natural toothpaste , and eat a fairly balanced natural diet (the odd cheat)
I just want to prevent anymore toxic dentist trips
Hint: To whiten teeth use 3 % hydrogen peroxide and baking soda on your toothbrush, just as a toothpaste and brush like normal.
