Well, join the club......who has money these days? Money doesn't buy happiness. In fact, anyone would tell you that the happiest times don't involve money at all.

I am sorry you don't have insurance, but if you are talking about health insurance, that might be a blessing in itself. Did you know doctors are the third leading cause of death in the United States? So, if you went to the doctor for a check up, he would find something wrong with you, put you on some type of medication that would cause a side effect. Then you would have to take another medication to counteract that and it would cause another side effect......Before you know it, you would be taking 12 different kinds of medications and have all sorts of things wrong with you that were not wrong with you before you went to the doctor! Ha

To discuss your childhood problems doesn't have to involve insurance and a professional. A friend, a pastor may help. Even buying a journal and writing down all of your feelings is great therapy!!!

I don't think you are tired. You are depressed. The quickest way out of Depression is to take the focus OFF yourself. You say you long for passion and love. Well, passion ALWAYS fades and it sounds like you already have lots of love right in front of you and it's in your children. The best way to receive love is to give love. It will come back to you in so many ways.

Just today, tell yourself that you are going to focus on all the positive things in your life. You will be surprised just how lucky you are. If the sun is shining where you live, go outside and let it hit your face for awhile. You will be amazed how good it will make you feel.

Are you married? Do you have a job?
