No, the book doesn't say how long it takes
for bee pollen to lessen the desire for
addictive substances. I don't think it will
happen instantly, like the kudzu extract does.
Bee pollen and dried seaweeds, cure people
over time by giving them all the nutrients
their bodies need.

Yes, you can eat it right out of the package.
Most people do that. I grind it with my flaxseed, but that's my choice. And you can
eat it anytime you like. My guess is that
it would be best with other food.
